PVC PIPE
1. It has good tensile and compressive strength: but its flexibility is not as good as other plastic pipes.
2. Low fluid resistance: The wall of PVC-U pipe is very smooth and has little resistance to fluid. Its roughness coefficient is
only 0.009. Its water delivery capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipes of the same pipe diameter and 40% higher than that of concrete pipes. 
3. Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance: PVC-U pipes have excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance, and are not affected by damp water and soil pH. No anti-corrosion treatment is required when laying pipelines.
4. Anti-bite: PVC-U tube is not a source of nutrition, so it will not be corroded by rodents. According to a test conducted by the National Sanitation Foundation in Michigan, rats will not bite PVC-U pipes.
5. It has good water tightness: the installation of PVC-U pipes, regardless of whether it is connected by bonding or rubber ring, has good water tightness.
6. Performance test: curing time, shrinkage, splitting strength, tensile performance, peeling strength, thermal stability, pot
life, storage period, release of harmful substances.

Centralized Drainage Device Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. We use double-chamber structure. First chamber is in short length, to ensure very strong cooling and vacuum function. As calibrator is placed in the front of first chamber and pipe shape is formed mainly by calibrator, this design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of pipe.

Haul off unit.

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company
will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length. To ensure match pipe extrusion speed and forming speed, also avoid deformation of pipe during traction.

To make socket at pipe end which is easy for pipe connection. There are three types of belling type: U type, R type and Square
type. We provide belling machine which can finish belling of pipe on line fully automatic. From minimum size 16mm to maximum size
1000mm, can with multi heating oven and belling station.
