The heart of the line. A single or twin-screw extruder melts, homogenizes, and pressurizes the PVC compound. Precise temperature control zones are critical for processing the thermally sensitive PVC material.

A custom-designed, precision-machined die head shapes the molten PVC into the exact cross-sectional geometry of the desired corner profile (e.g., 90°, rounded, asymmetric).

Vacuum Calibration Platform

Immediately after exiting the die, the hot, soft profile enters a vacuum calibration unit. Here, it is pulled tightly against water-cooled calibrators under vacuum, defining its final precise dimensions and surface finish. Subsequent cooling tanks (spray or immersion) solidify the profile completely using controlled water temperatures.

A synchronized track or belt puller grips the cooled profile, providing the constant, stable traction needed to draw the material through the die, calibrator, and cooling tanks at the set production speed.
