Shredder machine is a machine used for rough crushing, usually used to process unprocessed raw materials or scraps, making their size smaller. A representative example is the shredding of plastic or rubber scraps as raw materials, which will be melted and granulated to be used to remake plastic bottles, tires, trash cans, and so on. The shredder is applied in the recycling industry, commonly used for crushing large diameter PE plastic pipes, bundled plastic films, large piles of plastic sheets, and plastic lumps.
The applications of shredders generally include:
1. Tear the bad quality products into smaller pieces for recycling.
2. Reduce the volume of unprocessed raw materials for mixing with other materials.

This single shaft plastic shredder is new designed especially for shredding all kinds of rigid and solid materials, unmanageable materials such as extrusion and injection lumps, plastic containers and barrels, plastic film, big plastic pipes, jumbo bags, fiber and paper which the normal crusher machine can not handle. Also the shredder machine is suitable for PE, PP, PVC, PA, EVA, PET, ABS and engineering plastics.
High quality blades, such as SKD-11 or D2. The blade base and blades on the rotary roller can be disassembled. It is easy to clean and maintenance. The rotary blades will be installed as V shape so that the blade can cut material evenly, it can lower the noise and energy consumption. Each fixed blade with 2 cutting knife edge, when one edge of the fixed blade is wearing, it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade can continue to use.
After the shredder machine, the material scraps size will be around 40-60mm, if want to make the scraps size more smaller, customers can choose a crusher machine to co-work with this shredder machine, then the final scraps size will be around 10-16mm.
