Die mould 

• 3Cr17 material
• Complete set include extrusion die head, calibrator and cooling tank
• Adopt to single, co-extrusion, foam imitation marble profile.
• Die head is modular design, easy for changing pipe sizes, assembling, dismantle and maintenance.

Haul off machine

• Upper/lower belt driven separately and speed control by inverter
• Fast change type pads for easy operation
• Install plate is adopts aluminum material
• Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull profile stably.

According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company
will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length. To ensure match profile extrusion speed and forming speed, also avoid deformation of profile during traction.

 

Cutter machine

• Lifting saw cutter with adopts double station dust collection system
• Synchronous drivingby air cylinder or servo motor control

Dust Collection System.
Cutter controlled by Siemens PLC with chamfering function, working together with haul off unit to have precise cutting. Customer can set the length of pipe they want to cut.
