This fibre reinforced PVC hose pipe extrusion line is mainly used to produce PVC fiber reinforced hose, the wall of which is three layers, outer and inner layer are soft PVC hose, middle layer is terylene fiber network, which has good chemical and physical property.

This fibre reinforced PVC hose pipe extrusion line is configutated with extruders(2 sets), cooling calibration tables(2 sets), drawing machine(2 sets), twisting thread machine(1 set), one heat oven(1 set), twin-position winder(1 set), moulds, etc.
1) The fiber hose used for conveying water, oil, gas under nornal working condition in the factory.
2) be used farm, ship, building and family.
3) be used delivery liquid gas.

1) The hose flexible, transparent, durable, non-toxic, without order.
2) Anti-erosion and adaptable to high pressure condition.
3) Maybe adding colorful symbol lines on the surface of hose.
WORKING TEMPERATURE: -5° C to +65° C.
