PVC profile extrusion production line is mainly used for the extrusion of PVC door and window profiles, wide door panels, window panels, and porous pipe threading pipes (suitable for holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.). For different sections and die heads, conical twin/flat twin screw extruders of different specifications can be selected, and equipped with corresponding vacuum shaping tables, traction machines, cutting machines, turning racks, etc.

The main machine capacity can be selected arbitrarily between 60-700kg/h. The traction machine adopts our company's lifting technology, which has stable operation, good reliability and large pulling force. The vacuum shaping table adopts an expanded eddy current cooling system, which is conducive to cooling and shaping, and meets the requirements of high-speed extrusion. The movement speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed. The moving parts are controlled by imported PLC, with reasonable design, stable operation, and can be automatically cut at a fixed length. Sawing can provide a powder suction and dust removal device, and there is also a hot knife cutting structure without dust. Equipped with different molds, the length of the shaping table can be selected in specifications such as 4m, 5m, 6m, 8m, 9m, 11m, 15m, etc. Equipped with a flat double main machine, it is particularly suitable for high-speed extrusion production of profiles.
For cutting machines, there are two types. Ordinary round cutting knife and hot cutting knife, depending on product performance and customer requirements.

Features of PVC Profile Production Line:
1. Model SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding PVC compound. With different kinds of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all sorts of PVC plastic pipe, profile, plate material, sheet material, bar material and granulation.
2. The conical twin screws have applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.
3. The conical twin screw extruder system has applied special computer control. According to customers requirements, most reasonable structure of conical twin screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity performance and material quality.
4. The conical twin screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
5. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure.
6. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged, the cooling is rapid, and temperature control tolerance can be ± 1degree.

Based on 33:1 L/D ratio for screw design, we have developed 38:1 L/D ratio. Compared with 33:1 ratio, 38:1 ratio has advantage of 100% plasticization, increase output capacity by 30%, reduce power consumption up to 30% and reach almost linear extrusion
performance.

Extrusion die head apply spiral structure, each material flow channel is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment and mirror polishing to ensure material flow smoothly. Die head structure is compact and also provide stable pressure, always from 19 to 20Mpa. Under this pressure, pipe quality is good and very little effect on the output capacity. Can produce single layer or
multi-layer pipe.

Profile cooling platform is used to shape and cool profile, so as to reach standard pipe size. We use double-chamber structure. First chamber is in short length, to ensure very strong cooling . As calibrator is placed in the front of first chamber and profile shape is formed mainly by calibrator, this design can ensure quick and better forming and cooling of profile.

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length.
