PVC/UPVC/CPVC Pipe Production Line mainly used for producing pvc drainage pipes, pvc water supply pipes, pvc conduit pipes and so on.
These pipes can be applied in water drainage pipeline engineering, civil construction water supply project, municipal engineering, chemical engineering, agricultural irrigation project, landscaping engineering, water plant water supply project and marine aquaculture industries.
It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing cable laying etc. Our PVC pipe extrusion line has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.
The whole PVC pipe production line include: Material auto loader, SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, auto cutter and stacker; pipe printer and PVC Pipe Belling machine for customers optional choice.
SRL-Z series PVC Powder heating cooling mixing unit, SWP series Plastic Crusher, SMF series Plastic Milling Machine/ Pulverizer are necessary auxiliary equipments.
Clients also can choose double PVC pipe production line to make small size PVC pipes from 16mm up to 50mm.
