1.pvc cladding ceiling panel machine is used to produce PVC ceiling panel (board), PVC decoration door panel.If change mould, it can produce other different PVC profile.
2.pvc ceiling panel  can be treated by double color printing & coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing, or by lamation, which can make marble,wooden design on surface of product. 


Advantage of  pvc ceiling panel:
1.Easy installation,  it can be installed directly onto concrete wall
2.No glue, the PVC/WPC wall panel are extruded directly, no glue used. Good for environment.
3.Multiple color choice. The PVC / WPC wall panel apply film lamination, so you can choose design and color which you like.
4. Easy to change. After use several years, if you want to redecorate the house, it is easy to take off from the wall and change to another design.

Machine working process

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support → belt haul-off → cutter → rack → finished product inspecting & packing
