1.SRL-Z Series high speed mixing unit is applicable for mixing, coloring and drying of various resin, such as polyethylene,
polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. and in the craft of engineering plastics such as ABS, polycarbonate etc. before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
2. High speed mixing unit combines heat mixing and cooling mixing craft together. the materials after heat mixing can be conveyed to cool mixer for cooling automatically, exhaust remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.
3. High speed mixing unit model by adopting PLC control, it features high automatic level, and good mixing result.
4. High speed mixing unit paddles have passed the test of dynamic and static equilibrium. the lid adopts double concave-convex seal.Main axis seal adopts sepcial tech of our company,also equipped with pulse dust catching device.

Controlled by PLC microcomputer,DYHL series combined machine unitis mainly used batching.mixing.coloring and drying for various resins,such as polythene,polypropylene and PVC,as well as the drying and volatilizing process of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbon-ate before shaping,It can also be used for bakelite. This unit has combined the technology of hot mixing and cool mixing,which can let the material after hot mixing automatically enter cool mixing so as to cool it and vent the remnant to gas prevent blocking.
It is mainly used in plastic adding,mixing,drying,coloring etc.
All mixers adopt the double-sealed pot cover.The main shaft adopts the framework oil seal.Steel jacket,heat treated and grinding processed,is hard to damage the oil seal.The blade all have gone through the static balance and dynamic balance test.
