Secure Container Loading (FCL - Full Container Load):

1.Thorough Cleaning & Preparation: Machines are meticulously cleaned, dried, and prepared for shipment.
2.Anti-Rust & Moisture Protection: Critical components are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or film. Desiccant bags are placed inside sealed plastic wraps.
3.Shock Absorption: Vulnerable parts are protected using high-density foam blocks, film wrap, or air cushions. Corners and edges are reinforced.
4.Robust Wooden Crating:

Machines are securely mounted onto strong, fumigation-compliant (ISPM 15 marked) plywood skids or pallets.
Custom-built wooden crates (frames or full boxes) are constructed around the machine using plywood and timber beams.
