The PVC Pipe Bending Machine is specially designed for thermal bending and forming of plastic pipes.The machine heats the pipe to a suitable forming temperature, then uses a mold and airbag forming system to achieve the required bending angle and shape. After forming, the airbag is inflated for cooling and shape stabilization.
It is suitable for bending PVC, UPVC, CPVC and other thermoplastic pipes with diameters from 16 to 200 mm.The machine can produce different bending angles, including 11.25°, 22.5°, 45° and 90°, according to the selected mold.

| Working Principle |
Insert the plastic pipe into the forming mold.
Heat the pipe to the required forming temperature.
Maximum heating temperature: up to 300°C
Place the heated pipe into the mold and use the airbag forming system to press and shape the pipe.
Inflate the airbag for cooling and shape stabilization.
After the pipe has cooled sufficiently, release the mold and remove the finished bent pipe.
Pipe Loading → Heating → Mold Positioning → Airbag Forming → Cooling → Finished Product
