The WPC/PVC Wood Plastic Door Frame Extrusion Line is a specialized production system designed for manufacturing high-quality WPC/PVC wood plastic door frames. By mixing PVC resin with wood powder and other additives, the line produces door frame profiles with a natural wood appearance while maintaining the excellent performance of plastic materials.
The complete extrusion line mainly consists of a twin screw extruder (65/132, 80/156, or 92/188 models), extrusion die, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, and stacking system. With advanced extrusion technology, the equipment ensures stable production, accurate profile dimensions, smooth surface finishing, and high production efficiency.

| WPC/PVC Wood Plastic Door Frame Production Process |
Wood logs are first cut into pieces by a wood cutting machine, then ground into wood powder by a grinding machine. The wood powder is dried in a drying system to remove moisture and make it suitable for production.
The wood powder is mixed with PVC resin and other additives by a high-speed mixing machine.
The mixed raw materials are fed into the extruder through an automatic feeding system.
The door panels and door frames are initially formed through the extrusion die and calibration mold.
The formed door panels and frames are cooled, dried, and further shaped through the calibration platform.
The shaped door panels and frames are pulled forward by the haul-off machine.
The door panels and frames are cut into required lengths according to customer specifications.
The cut door panels and frames are polished by a sanding machine to achieve a smooth and even surface finish.
After sanding, the door panels and frames are laminated with decorative films using a laminating machine.
If special patterns or designs are required, the door panels can be processed by a CNC engraving machine before lamination.
Finally, the door panels are vacuum laminated by a vacuum membrane machine to achieve a more attractive appearance and high-quality surface finish.
