SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder
SJSZ series conical twin screw stem extruder is composed of barrel screw, gear transmission system, measurable feeding, vacuum deaerating, heating, cooling and electronic control components etc.
It is mainly used inplasticizing, extruding and forming of PVC pipes, plates, sheets, film, profiles, and granules etc.
1. The conical twin screw extruder is specifically for PVC power, equipped with different molds and auxiliary equipment, it can produce all kinds of PVCplastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars and granulation.
2. The screw material is high quality alloy steel-38CrMoAlA, after high temperature nitriding, nitriding depth: 0.5-0.7mm, the surface hardness: HV740-940
3. The screw temperature control through the constant temperature device while the barrel temperature control through two sections, one is the heating zone, the cast aluminum ring heater provide the heating while the cooling fan with the help of air control the temperature.
4. The reduction box adopt the Germany technical, have a long life span, low noise and lower hot.
5. The disribution box turn the super-sharped screw from the single-axis torque output into double-axis torque output.
